When you tap "No", the app immediately notifies all your trusted contacts letting them know you need support. Each one is reached by text message or email, whichever is supported and available for them, so they can reach out to you right away.

You'll receive a push notification reminder to check in. The app will remind you if you haven't checked in for the day, so you don't forget.

Yes. We only store the minimum data needed to run the app — your name, email, and your contacts' phone numbers and email addresses. We never sell your data or share it with third parties.

Each contact is reached by text message or email, whichever is supported for them. Text alerts aren't available in every region, so adding an email address alongside the phone number is the surest way to keep a contact reachable. Your contacts never need the app or an account.

Yes. Every alert email carries a link to stop receiving them, and contacts reached by text can reply STOP at any time. They can remove themselves from one person’s circle, or from all Is it Well email entirely.

Of course! You can add, edit, or remove your trusted contacts at any time from the Contacts tab. You can have up to 5 contacts active at once.
